How Do I Order?

Getting our wheels in motion to bring you the things you need, and getting your things to who and where you need them is just a few clicks away! If you don’t see what you need below, simply contact us. We’ll be quick to respond to your logistic needs.

Log in, or enter your address and see which of our restaurants service your area. We don't limit yor order to just one restaurant. In fact, you can order from multiple restaurants and our E-Store, pay for them in the same transaction, and recieve them in the same delivery. Order to your belly and heart's content, we’ll be on the way with your order ASAP.

Log in, same as if you’re hungry now, and just change your order from ASAP to specify when and where you want your order to show up.

To place a Group Order, simply log in, and follow these steps:
  1. Click the . If your group is already created, go ahead and skip to step #4.
  2. If this is your first time creating a group, or you would like to create a new group, in the field that says “Name”, enter the name you would like to give this group(ie: “No Bosses Allowed” or “Sam’s Birthday Bash”), and click the button.
  3. If you’re not quite eating together, but are in the same building or complex, turn Corporate Setup mode to On . This way you can designate projects/places for people to be at when the orders arrive, and you don’t have to waste any time searching for them. Corporate Setup mode is not required, it’s just a tool to help streamline your path to enjoying your orders.
  4. Once the group has been created, you can add as many of your friends or co-workers as you like. When you have entered everyone, click .
  5. Choose which members of the group you would like to send an order invitation to by selecting or deselecting the checkboxes to the left of their names, and click the button.
  6. Choose where you would like your Group Order delivered to.
  7. Choose when you would like your Group Order delivered, and when you would like to send out the Order Invitations, and if you would like to send them a reminder before the order placement cut-off time.
  8. Choose which of our restaurants you would like to allow your Group to choose from. You will see your  displayed top right.
  9. Select how payment will be split and among whom, and the Gratuity percentage you would like to provide your Courier.
  10. Enter you payment information.
  11. Upon review of your Invitation, confirm it, and we’ll take care of the rest from there. The members of your group will receive their invitations, and we’ll assign your order to one of our couriers, who will text you when they are on the way.

To place a Catering order, you can either simply select from any of or restaurant’s Catering Menus. If your primary choice of restaurant does not have a selection that caters to the dietary needs of all of your guests, don’t stress! You can accommodate them by adding to your order from any of our other available restaurants’ menus. Or, make them feel special, and create a group order inviting them to choose from our selection for themselves.

It’s just like ordering from any of our restaurants. In fact, you can order from any of our restaurants and our E-Store in the SAME TRANSACTION! Just log in, and order away!

Having clean clothes does not mean you need to spend hours of your time washing and folding your own laundry, or even having to lug it all down to the laundromat. You’ve already got enough to take care of, how can you be expected to keep up with laundry too!? With Onda Güey, having your laundry picked up at your door doesn’t even mean having to wait for certain days and times when your laundromat’s delivery service comes around your area of town. If you see this service available to the address you’ve provided, then we’re here to service your sartorial “soil-ings” from seven to nine(7am-9pm), seven days a week.

We have partnered with Wildcat Laundry Company, one of Tucson’s most reputable laundromats, with years of experience servicing the University of Arizona student body and the surrounding community.

There are many options available to suit your needs. We offer one time Pay-Per-Wash services for people just passing through, and for those that are sticking around for more than a few loads, we offer Prepaid Wash & Fold + Delivery Club Memberships that cover 200lbs of Weight Service Charges for both Delivery and the Wash & Fold Service of your choosing, all at a discounted rate. Memberships come with a complementary 45lb capacity laundry bag, as well as discounts on Expediency rates. Or, if you have already purchased a 200lb Club Membership through Wildcat Laundry Company, you can place orders for delivery of your loads through here as well. All Pick-up Orders include Scheduled Next-Day Return Service. If you've already dropped your load off, you can place an Order just the Return Delivery.

Purchasing a Wash & Fold + Delivery Club Membership  
It’s easy, just choose which package suits the care you would like to provide your clothes, and save as much as $170 in comparison to Pay-Per-Load Services. Memberships include all weight coverage. Mileage and Expediency Service Charges are charged each time you place an order for a load to be picked, based on the need for expediency which you have indicated and the proximity to Wildcat Laundry Company of the address you have provided. This charge includes Scheduled Next-Day Return Service, with Expedited Pick-up & Return options available at an additional cost.

  • I hereby give permission for Onda Güey Courier to transport my clothes using normal industry procedures.
  • I hereby give permission for Wildcat Laundry Company to clean my clothes using normal industry procedures.
  • I hereby give permission for Onda Güey to charge me at the advertised rates according to the weight of my clothes, the level of Wash & Fold Service which I have selected, expediency I have requested, and in accordance with the advertised mileage rates to any addresses to which I have requested Delivery Services.
  • I hereby give Onda Güey and express laundry lien.
  1. Because the dye in some garments is not stable under normal laundry operations, neither Onda Güey, Onda Güey Courier, Wildcat Laundry Company are responsible for garments that fade, or suffer damages from dye transfer.
  2. Because some garments are not pre-shrunk, neither Onda Güey, Onda Güey Courier, Wildcat Laundry Company are responsible for garments that shrink during normal laundry operations.
  3. Neither Onda Güey, Onda Güey Courier, Wildcat Laundry Company are responsible for garments that need repair, loose buttons, or suffer damage during normal cleaning operations.
  4. Neither Onda Güey, Onda Güey Courier, Wildcat Laundry Company are responsible for objects or materials left in customer clothes that cause damage to garments.
  5. It is represented that all garments can be machine washed and dried unless otherwise indicated.
  6. Customer’s verbal or written instructions take precedence over manufacturer care labels.
  7. Garments requiring separate loads will be charged accordingly or drying methods will be charged accordingly.
  8. Spot cleaning is on a best efforts basis, the success of which is not guaranteed.
  9. Neither Onda Güey, Onda Güey Courier, Wildcat Laundry Company will be responsible for lost laundry after Customer has received their returned order, unless a detailed inventory is provided at the time laundry is received by Onda Güey Courier or Wildcat Laundry Company. Customers must check their order before Courier leaving the premises and document missing garments with Courier.
  10. Satisfaction for any claims issued will be for Wash & Fold + Delivery credit only. No cash refund.
  11. Neither Onda Güey, Onda Güey Courier, Wildcat Laundry Company are responsible for garments that have not successfully been scheduled for return and received by the Customer within thirty(30) days of Wash & Fold service completion and the first attempt by Onda Güey to reach Customer to schedule Return.
  12. All reasonable attempts to contact Customer will be made by Onda Güey, using any contact informations provided by the Customer including phone call, text, & email.
  13. Neither Onda Güey, Onda Güey Courier, Wildcat Laundry Company are responsible for any allergic reactions caused by chemicals or detergents or softeners used during normal laundry methods.
  14. In the event of any dispute, Customer agrees to binding arbitration and/or findings of the International Fabricare Institute.
  15. By placing an Order for Wash & Fold Laundry Services, the Customer verifies their Laundry Order as accurate.
  16. No allowances for shortages will be made after Customer receives their Return Delivery.

*If it is your first time requesting one of our couriers, please submit your request and wait for our confirmation before making any plans for pick-up from or delivery to any businesses or restaurants you do not already find in our selection.

**Confirmation of expectation will be obtained from the third parties for all Courier Requests, and Restaurant Orders at our discretion. For our safety and yours, we don’t do “surprise” deliveries.
